Room Rental Fees

Daytime meetings - Monday thru Thursday
$250.00 (2-4 hrs.)
Includes tables and chairs

Centerpieces available upon request
$10.00 and up

Retainers: A $250.00 retainer is required to hold your date, is non-refundable and will be deducted from your balance. The retainer must be accompanied with a signed contract and signed guidelines.

Deposits: A damage deposit of $250.00 is required for all rentals. This check is placed in your file and returned to you once we have determined that no damages have occured during your rental period. Your deposit covers the guidelines in full before signing.

Seating Capacity: with tables and chairs
~300 seated without dance floor (all guests seated)
~ 250 seated with dance floor (all guests seated)
Standing / Seating combination - over 350

Service Staff Attire

Tuxedo - $35 per person per hour
black tuxedo pants, black jacket, black bow tie, white tuxedo shirt, black shoes

Black Bistro - $28 per person per hour
black dress pants, white long-sleeved button front shirt with pressed collar, long tie, long black apron

All Black - $28 per person per hour
black dress pants, black long-sleeved, button-front shirt with pressed collar, black shoes, long black apron

Formal Black - $28 per person per hour
same as "All Black" with black or colorful tie

Khaki Bistro - $22 per person per hour
Khaki ipants, white long-sleeved button-front shirt with pressed collar, long tie, black shoes, long white apron

Khaki Bistro "Picnic" - $18 per person per hour
Khaki pants or shorts, white polo shirt, white sneakers

Hawaiian - $18 per person per hour
Black or khaki pants with a Hawaiian print shirt
